Here’s how it works! 

This new Cash Rewards Program is similar to other rewards programs sponsored by major corporations you have access to when you buy automobiles, water craft, and other high-end appliances.  For years industry leaders like Master Craft boats, Costco, and Best Buy, have used rewards programs as a way to offer their clientele value added benefits.  

There has never been a cash rewards program like this one for buyers and sellers of real estate, until now.  If you are selling your current home and purchasing another home you can receive TWO cash reward certificates, one for each transaction, totaling up to $20,000!!

How your Cash Reward is determined? 

The value of your certificate is predicated on the price of the home you sell or buy just as when you buy a consumer product.  The reward offer made by the manufacturer is based upon the price of the goods you buy.  The maximum cash reward offered is $10,000 per transaction.  Buy and sell and earn up to $20,000 cash reward!

How is the program secured? 

One of the largest banks in America, Compass Bank, is the holder of the Cash Rewards Claim Fund.  Resolve Corporation-who also manage fulfillment rewards for Pepsi, Honda and Chrysler-will serve as the Independent Third Party Administrator.  They alone determine valid consumer claims and control disbursements from the claim fund. This assures the program is run fairly and impartially.

Claiming your Cash Reward is simple!

1. Buy or sell a home using a representative of MillienSold.com.  For sellers, signing an Exclusive Authorization and Right To Sell Listing Agreement. For buyers, sign our  Buyer’s Representation Agreement.
2. Your costs to participate in the Program are limited only to the traditional real estate transaction fees.  If you are a buyer, this fee is paid the Seller.  Cash Rewards Inc. cannot legally register you to be eligible to participate in the $10,000 Realty Cash Rewards Program TM.
3. MillienSold.com determines your Cash Reward certificate amount based upon the price of the home you sell or buy and the representation program and accompanying fee schedule you choose from our menu of services.
4. Upon closing you are given your Realty Cash Reward certificate. You must comply with the required steps to properly redeem your Cash Reward certificate. Failure to do so will invalidate your certificate and cause you to not to receive your Realty Cash Reward. Initially you will make a copy of the front and back of the certificate, complete the customer acknowledgement form and copy it.  Mail both copies by certified mail to the third party administrator within 7 days of the issue date.  This completes the registration process and begins your redemption process. Each step is straight forward and carefully explained in writing by Cash Reward Inc. Upon completion of the required steps during the redemption period you are eligible to receive up to the face amount of your Cash Reward certificate given to you by your MillienSold.com. representative.

What happens to unclaimed cash rewards?

Primary beneficiaries of the claim fund are certificate holders (you) who make a valid claim.  The secondary beneficiaries are two nationally recognized children’s charities.  If you fail to properly claim your cash reward 100% of the unclaimed monies go to two very worthy children’s charities.
